You may want to check with PacParts or East Coast Transistor if they have a board. 

Working with KSC here in Canada they do not do board level repairs, they just replace boards. 

It is sad that the parts are so small these days making repairs difficult to do.

My TH-7D has stopped working with the battery connection after a new battery started to catch on fire.
I was able to disconnect it but after this happened I only was able only to get the DC connection to power the HT. The radio works fine with the DC connection. I’m looking for someone who could fix it as I don’t the the skill or tools on such small components. If anyone knows of anyone please let me know.
