I don't have my D74 with me, but I believe there's a menu option that specifies how frequently the comment information is included in the packet.   Make sure that is set to 1:1 or whatever thesetting might be.   The D74 can be configured to only transmit this information once in every N packets.   If you want it to go out with every packet, you need to configure it to do so.

IGates and the APRS-IS should only pass the packets as they have been received from RF with no modifications.   The only issues I've seen with this "pass it without modification" is that sometimes trailing whitespace and/or superfluous <CR><LF> characters may be removed, but never key packet information.

Thanks. Yes, that´s what I did. But it seems that not all of the APRS messages contain the QSY information,
they are filtered by some APRS gate *or* APRS.fi somehow filters the information presented for the
“raw” packets which in that case wouldn´t be so raw.
